• Are we the barrier to entry? Sometimes when people are just learning something they need to be encouraged, not slammed.
• Should people just have thicker skin? "Assholes" produce amazing things and can teach us a lot if we can get over calling them assholes.

• How can we engage "VB" developers more and include them in the community?
